By creating an account or using ProQuotr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of ProQuotr.
ProQuotr is an AI-powered quote generation tool for solo contractors in the USA. The service allows you to:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use ProQuotr. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
ProQuotr offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $19/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use ProQuotr to:
You own all content you create on ProQuotr — including quotes, client information, and business data. By using our service, you grant ProQuotr a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
ProQuotr uses AI to help generate quote descriptions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. ProQuotr does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated descriptions. Always verify that the content accurately reflects the scope of work.
Client approvals collected through ProQuotr constitute electronic signatures. By clicking "Approve & Sign Quote", clients agree to the quoted price and scope of work. ProQuotr records the timestamp of each approval. You are responsible for ensuring your clients understand what they are approving.
ProQuotr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between you and your clients, any loss of income resulting from use or inability to use the service, or any errors in AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of significant changes. Continued use of ProQuotr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
